Our savoury galettes are made to an authentic Breton recipe with organic buckwheat flour (gluten free). The batter is made by a similar process to sourdough, and contains just flour salt and water.
Galettes can be filled with a wide variety of ingredients, our favourites are cheese ham spinach eggs and mushrooms. We also have seasonal fillings such as Toulouse sausage with caramelised onions and mustard sauce.
Our delicious sweet crêpes are made with a vanilla flavoured batter, rich with eggs milk and butter. Fillings can be traditional such as lemon juice and sugar, chocolate or Nutella. Fruity additions such as banana, or strawberries in season are really luscious.
Crêperie Nicolas produce various exciting canapés, many made with galettes and crêpes. These can be served at the location of your choice, with the drinks you select. With our professional espresso machine we can provide your guests with fresh Illy coffee and hot drinks to order
